FOR INDEPENDENT NONFICTION AUTHORS & SPEAKERS

Your audiobook, but it answers back.

An AI version of you, trained on your book and speaking in your voice. At the end of every chapter your listener talks it through out loud, so the idea actually lands before they move on. And when they want more, the path to working with you is right there.

Built by Donnie Tuttle, author of Sell Anywhere (the book you’re about to talk to).

THE PROCESS

You’re about two hours away from a book that talks back.

Three steps on your side: send us your book, approve your coach, share the link. We handle everything in between, and you’re live in about three weeks.

01

Send us your book

Manuscript, transcripts, teaching notes, podcast episodes — whatever represents how you actually think and speak. More source material means a sharper AI coach.

02

We build your AI twin

We train a voice-enabled coach on your material — your frameworks, your phrasing, your worldview. You approve it before it ships. It never improvises outside your book.

03

Listeners scan. Listeners talk.

A QR code in your book opens the CoachBook app. Your listeners hear the audiobook, and at the end of each chapter your book invites them to talk it through out loud. It answers in your voice.

WHY IT MATTERS

A book is a monologue.
A CoachBook is a relationship.

TRADITIONAL BOOK
  • Read once, shelved forever
  • Answers only the questions you anticipated
  • No idea who's reading or where they're stuck
  • Ends at the last page
COACHBOOK
  • You see which chapters drive the most conversation
  • Answers the question this listener actually has
  • Returned to dozens of times
  • Works while you sleep
WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES FOR YOU

Six things your book starts doing once it can talk.

It qualifies your pipeline

Listeners can book a call or step into your next program from inside the book, at the point where they’re most convinced. Not a link in the back matter nobody clicks. An invitation at the moment of resonance.

It tells you what’s landing

You see which chapters spark the most conversation and the exact questions people ask. That’s your next keynote, your next course, your next book, written for you by the people who already bought in.

You control distribution

It’s a link, not a listing. No Amazon, no Audible, no algorithm standing between you and your reader. You decide who gets it, when they get it, and what they pay.

It becomes a premium offer that doesn’t cost you time

Your book stops being a $20 product and becomes a coaching experience you can price like one. Sell it on its own, bundle it into a program, or license it to a company for a team rollout.

It makes you the obvious speaker to book

Every attendee walks out with a coach instead of a paperback. Hand it to event organizers, podcast hosts, and prospects as a door-opener, easily the most valuable thing anyone gives away in the room.

You get the conversation, not just the download

Summaries of every coaching conversation come back to you. You know who’s engaged, what they’re wrestling with, and who’s ready to talk, long before you get on a call.

FOR THE STAGE

The best back-of-room offer
you’ve ever had.

You speak. The room is lit up. They buy the book. Three weeks later it’s on a shelf and the momentum is gone.

Hand them a CoachBook instead. A QR code on your closing slide, and every person in that room walks out with you in their pocket, answering their questions in your voice for as long as they’ll keep asking.

Founding pricing is capped at 25 CoachBooks, and 12 are still open. I’m pricing them for authors willing to go on the record: a testimonial, a case-study conversation, and one introduction to another author. When the twenty-fifth build starts, this closes and the price goes back up.

QUESTIONS

Things authors ask us.

Will the AI say things I didn't write?+
No. Your CoachBook stays inside your source material. If a listener asks something outside the scope, it redirects them back to what your book actually teaches — or tells them to reach out to you directly.
Do I need to record a voice sample?+
No. We clone your voice from your existing audiobook audio, so there is nothing new for you to record.
Do I need to own my audiobook rights?+
Yes. CoachBook is built for authors who own their audio rights — self-published, hybrid, and indie-press authors almost always do. Traditionally published? Your publisher likely controls audio rights; check the subsidiary-rights clause in your contract or ask your agent. Let's talk anyway — there may be a path.
Who owns the AI coach?+
You do. Your content, your voice, your coach. We provide the infrastructure. If you leave, your model comes with you.
How does the QR-code part work?+
We generate a QR code that prints on your book (inside flap, back cover, chapter ends — your call). Scanning opens the CoachBook app with your book pre-loaded.
Can I use my existing audiobook?+
Yes — that's the heart of the CoachBook package. We integrate your produced audiobook directly, clone your voice from it, and build the conversational coaching layer on top.
What if I don’t have an audiobook yet?+
Then CoachBook isn’t a fit yet. Every build starts from finished audiobook audio, which is what we clone your voice from. Get the audiobook produced first, then let’s talk.
Will this cannibalize my Amazon or Audible sales?+
No. It’s a different product at a different price. Most authors keep selling the audiobook where they always have, and sell (or give away) the CoachBook as the premium tier on top.
My readers bought on Amazon. How do they get in?+
Through a link, so you’re never gated by a platform. Front matter of the ebook, a printed QR code in the paperback, your email list, your closing slide at a keynote, or a direct link you send to anyone you choose.
How long does it take, and how much of my time?+
About three weeks, and about two hours of yours: a kickoff conversation, a review pass, and your approval before it ships.
What if a listener talks to it all day?+
Every plan includes a monthly conversation allotment, and anything beyond it is billed at cost. In practice, almost nobody comes close.
My book came out years ago. Is it too old?+
Backlist titles are some of the best candidates. A CoachBook gives a book that’s been quiet since launch a real reason to relaunch: a new product, a new announcement, and a new reason for your list to pay attention.
Who is this NOT for?+
If your book isn’t connected to a business (no coaching, no speaking, no course, no consulting), this probably won’t pay for itself. Tell me on the call and I’ll tell you straight.

Your book should be the beginning
of the conversation.
Not the end of it.
