These terms cover your use of coachbook.ai and of any CoachBook, whether you're a listener or an author. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

CoachBook.ai is a School of Work Design product based in St. Augustine, Florida.

AI coaching

A CoachBook coach is an AI tool trained on an author's book, and it can make mistakes. Coaching conversations are for education and personal growth. They aren't medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you're in crisis in the US, call or text 988; elsewhere, contact your local emergency number.

Using CoachBook

Use CoachBook lawfully and respectfully. Don't try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, copy or resell an author's CoachBook, or take apart our software.

Authors

• You confirm that you own or control the rights to your book, audio, and materials, and that you consent to the creation of your voice clone.
• Your content stays yours. You give us permission to host, process, and deliver it so we can run your CoachBook.
• What's included in your build, the price, and the timeline are set out in your order or proposal.

Prices and renewals

Prices and what they include are shown on our pricing page and in your order. Hosting renews each year after the first unless you cancel, and we'll remind you before it does.

Our platform

We own the CoachBook platform, software, and design. Using CoachBook doesn't give you rights to them beyond using the service.

Partners

TalkEditPro and other partners are independent businesses with their own terms. When you buy from them, their terms apply.

Disclaimers and liability

CoachBook is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes and ending use

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. You can stop using CoachBook at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
