CoachBook.ai ("CoachBook," "we," "us") is a School of Work Design product based in St. Augustine, Florida. This policy explains what we collect when you visit coachbook.ai, listen to a CoachBook, or work with us as an author, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you visit our website
Pages viewed, device and browser details, and the site that referred you, collected through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. If you book a call, our scheduling form collects your name, email, and the answers you give.
When you listen to a CoachBook
- Your name and email, and sometimes an access code, when you open the book.
- Your voice, processed in real time so the coach can hold a conversation with you.
- A summary of each coaching conversation: its topic, sentiment, length, and chapter, and whether you reached a commitment.
- Listening events, such as which chapters you played and whether you opened the author's calendar.
The author sees a transcript of what you said only if you choose to share it.
When you work with us as an author
The audiobook, manuscript, and other materials you send us; recordings of your voice used to create your voice clone; and your contact and billing details.
How we use it
- To run CoachBooks: deliver the audio, hold coaching conversations, and remember where listeners left off.
- To give authors Author Intelligence, the insights described above.
- To understand how people find and use our site and product, and to improve both.
- To reply to you, schedule calls, and send messages about the service.
We don't sell personal information.
Who we share it with
- The author of the CoachBook you're listening to, as described above.
- Service providers who help us run CoachBook, under their own terms and privacy policies: voice AI and language-model providers (such as ElevenLabs), database and sign-in (Supabase), hosting (Netlify), file storage and web analytics (Cloudflare), analytics (Google), scheduling and customer management (HighLevel), and email delivery (Resend).
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and others.
Voice clones
We create an author's voice clone only with that author's permission, and we use it only for that author's CoachBook and related coaching tools. If an author stops working with us, we delete their voice clone.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it to run the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete your information, email hello@coachbook.ai. You can block or clear analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Children
CoachBook isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When our practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
